Thierry Baujard is founder and CEO of Peacelfulfish Ltd, a strategic consulting firm based in Berlin, Germany with presence in London and Paris. Peacefulfish is present in 2 main activities: film financing and digital distribution of content (On Demand content services). His team of consultants is helping producers developing financing strategies throughout Europe. In this field, his experience includes Mandalay Entertainment in LA, Strategic Planning for the Studio Babelsberg GmbH in Potsdam and Business Development for Studio Canal-Vivendi.

For the last 3 years, he has been working on new video On Demand services throughout Europe with an IP Web TV channel based in Paris, Barcelona and Berlin (CanalWeb), and a satellite based multimedia platform called Europe Online. He is currently responsible for the content development of the new Eutelsat platform called OpenSky.

He holds an MBA from the Bocconi University in Milan, Italy and from UCLA in Los Angeles, where he specialized in film financing and e-commerce. Further experience in the sector includes projects for Arte (Franco-German TV station). He is also partner of a structuring investment fund project developed in Berlin with the public state bank IBB.

As Executive Advisor to the E-Accelerator, he offers a unique focus and experience in developing "On Demand" strategies for technology, telco operators, hardware manufacturers and IPR providers willing to distribute content to B2B and B2C audiences.
